1st Youth Car Wash of 2007

On Saturday, April 14th The Ignited held our first car wash of 2007 in the Christ Temple parking lot from 8AM to 12 Noon(ish).  10 young people armed with sponges, hoses and towels managed to wash 25-30 cars in around 4 hours! Thanks to the generousity of all who supported us, we collected $400 in donations - an all time high income from a youth car wash I’m told!

Wow! You guys did fantastic!!  Thanks again to the dedicated young people who weathered the blistering sun to help us finish that LAST car, and the 3 other cars that we finished AFTER the LAST car (heh) For those of you that helped out, I want to say a HUGE thank you for your help!  For those of you who missed… don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of opportunities through-out the summer to help out - so don’t feel left out. 

Parents & Saints
Awesome! it was GREAT to see how many Christ Temple parents & saints came out to support our young people. There should be no doubt, the saints of Christ Temple really do love The Ignited!!  That love was evident in their support of our efforts - Thank you so much for bringing your cars and for your donations.  If you missed this car wash, don’t worry, we know you love the young people too - besides, there will be plenty of opportunities to support the youth throught-out the year as we continue to ramp up our activities.
